The idea of a “KAVU day” or “Busy Living” has always been my style without putting words to it.

We are surrounded by a world with so many places to explore, people to meet, and things to do, that I find myself unable to sit still.

I don’t balance family with play. Balance is an effect, not a goal. By being equally passionate about all aspects of my life, I live exactly how I love to live. That’s KAVU

in fact.....

I’ve been told by friends that I need to “learn to chill.” But how can I when I feel every day is a gift, and that there is so much to do? The more I see and experience, the hungrier I am to expand my world.

We all have busy lives and like KAVU says, Busy Living is indeed that, busy! With family, friends, work, and the need to explore, how can I find that balance?

Lucky for me i am surrounded by friends and family who share my passion to be active and see new things.

When the boys have breaks from school, Michelle and I are able pack up the truck and hit the road in search of a new adventure and new perspective.

Whether we are cruising the coast looking for “neat creatures” or exploring our home state of Montana, we are able to live together and have one KAVU day after another.
